FAB ABS WORKOUT WITH NIAMH CULLEN
FRIDAY 17th APRIL
Lookin’ for that rock-hard stomach in time for Summer? Our girl Niamh Cullen is back to show us how it’s done! No props needed, just some serious endurance and hydration to keep you going!
TRICKS AND TIPS
- There’s three rounds in the set.
- The first round is 20 seconds on-10 seconds off with a 30 second rest at the end
- The second round is 20 seconds on-10 seconds off with a 30 second rest at the end
- The third and last round is a pyramid with NO REST (Feel the burn!)
Niamh recommends listening to some banging tunes to get you in the zone, everyone needs their “Girl Aloud Mega Mix ON!”
KEEP MOVING TIKTOK CHALLENGE WITH BONNIE RYAN

Bonnie Ryan shares with us how she’s been keeping sane (ish!) during the lockdown and challenges us to a great TikTok Dance Challenge. Change it up with something more fun and lighthearted and see if you can keep up!

- Ian uses resistance loops and a medicine ball in this workout but you don’t have to. You can alternatively use a water bottle and go ahead without a resistance loop.

Conor Reynolds is Irish freestyle football champion. Here he shows you how to replicate his trick – the 360 Around the World. Watch below and see if you can top the man himself!
TRICKS AND TIPS
- Get used to the Spin on the ball. Remember, practice makes perfect!
- Always direct the ball away from your dominant foot. If you’re left-footed, kick the ball right and vice versa.
Top Tip from Conor “I suggest wearing tight pants, instead of baggy pants when you’re trying your 360 Around the World. There’s less chance of the ball getting in your way.”

TRICKS AND TIPS
- You need very little equipment but Stephanie recommends to at least have an exercise or yoga mat to work on. You need very little space to do this workout!
This circuit contains 6 core exercises; Knees to Elbows, Push-Ups, Bicycle Crunches, Tricep Dips, Squat Jumps and Mountain Climbers into Burpees.
Stephanie provides a demo of each exercise looks like so you know exactly what each exercise entails.
