So what do you get if you take the Nike React foam and add an Air Zoom unit? Well, some serious bounce… and yes, Air Zoom is as high tech as it sounds. The Air Zoom unit is made up of tightly stretched fibers that compress and cushion the impact when your foot hits the ground, then spring back to create a speedy response as you run.
