We partnered with Nike to host a fitness, mindfulness, and empowerment boot camp in Dublin. Our mission? To celebrate holistic fitness and how it slots into our everyday lives.
ABOUT THE EVENT
On 24th September, we took over Fuel Studios on Camden Street, Dublin, to host our very first House of Life Style Sports. It was more than just a workout class; it was a holistic hub where like-minded women could exercise, chat and try the latest Nike products.
Picture this: exhilarating workouts, serene meditation, and uplifting breathwork, all under one roof.
There was something for everyone, from HIIT and Strength training to Pilates and Dance FIT. Attendees could choose from various sessions focusing on their wellness needs — all led by trailblazing instructors like Joelle D’Fontaine, Sinead Mooney, Hayley Killen, and Kate Gaffey.
MORE THAN JUST WORKOUTS
House of Life Style Sports wasn’t just about sweating it out with workout classes. Attendees were treated to a holistic experience that went beyond fitness. The LifeFit Bra Hub gave women the opportunity to get measured and fitted for their perfect sports bra, with guidance from our Bra Fit experts, to ensure optimal comfort and support.
A specially curated Nike collection was available to try on and shop, allowing attendees to try Nike’s latest gear to support their fitness journeys.
The Healthy Bites zone was the perfect location for fueling their bodies with nutritious food, drinks, and coffee.
As a final thank you to everyone who attended, a Nike tote bag brimmed full of Nike gear, including a workout t-shirt, was handed out.
Teaming up with Nike, House of Life Style Sports crafted more than just your average workout session; we wanted to make it an experience — a fusion of fitness, fun, and friendship. From the heart-pounding workouts to the chill moments of meditation, we crafted every bit to inspire and uplift women.
We’re all about spreading those good vibes and empowering each other to be our best selves. So, until next time, keep moving — you’ve got this!
